If you're not satisfied with an item that you purchased from Modern Blaze, you can return it within 30 days after delivery for a full refund, as long as the item is in its original saleable condition and packaging. We'll even pay for return shipping and won't charge any restocking fees!
We encourage you to keep the original packaging and all its inclusions (including the pallet if the unit came on a pallet) until you are fully decided to keep the unit as we do require the unit to be in its original packaging for the return request to be approved.
